Round, full-bodied notes of red berries dominate this fruity blend. It is, however, based on hibiscus flowers, which give the tea its acidity and color. In warmer regions of the world, hibiscus flowers are prized for their thirst-quenching properties. The addition of other fruit varieties regulates the acidity level, and other aromatic nuances emerge in the cup. Our tea taster has succeeded in creating a blend with a lively, fruity character while keeping the acidity to a pleasant level.

Fruit teas should be prepared with water at a temperature of 95 to 98°C (leave the water in the kettle for a short time until it stops boiling). For a perfect cup, let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
