For this rare tea, only the slightly opened buds are picked in the spring. They are then infused with jasmine using an extremely elaborate process. The tea leaves are repeatedly mixed with the jasmine blossoms and then separated. The carefully selected organic tea leaves are tightly hand-rolled and repeatedly heated and cooled in a wok until they form small, pearly spheres.
The light, fruity flavor of the tea blends harmoniously with the delicate floral taste of jasmine. A sensory experience for the palate, nose, and eyes.
