Francisco Adolfo Quezada Montenegro's family has been dedicated to coffee production for over 100 years. They are currently in their fifth generation of specialty coffee producers. The varieties grown on the farm include Bourbons, Geshas, Pacamara, and Paches.
What makes this coffee special? The farm is located in the heart of Guatemala City. These coffee growers not only produce specialty coffee, but also provide oxygen for the Guatemalan capital, amidst 50,000 homes in an area with over 200,000 inhabitants.
This coffee is a special coffee that is hand-picked in the best possible way for proper fermentation for 3 days. It then dries for over 16 days, resulting in a delicious coffee with exotic notes.
