A specialty coffee is a coffee rated at least 80/100 according to the standardized rating scale of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). The evaluation is carried out by a Q-Grader, a coffee specialist in terms of tasting, classification and evaluation of coffees. Specialty coffee is a coffee that often offers a unique taste experience.
